Was referred to Villanueva by at least 3 friends on social media when I needed a handyman for work, ASAP! He has serviced the company I work for NUMEROUS TIMES. Always excellent communication and provides proper timeline of his arrival and work duration. We’ve needed his services with little notice twice now and he’s managed to complete each job immediately and very professionally. He maintains a steady flow of work by being available and willing to service everything we’ve asked that aligns with his craft! Painting, door repair, ceiling tile and water filter installation, dryer vent cleaning, water line hole drilling (INTO MARBLE!), all sorts of jobs we needed and he was great. This review should have been left a looong time ago but I could not reccomend Jevenson enough! We purchased a home a little over 2 years ago and from the get go Jev has been our right hand man! He does it all from painting, to drywall, to plumbing, electrical, flooring to installing an entire kitchen for us downstairs! We rent out half of the home and if we have a last minute problem that arises before guest's are coming, we call him and he always comes and fixes it quickly and efficiently! It is such a comfort to my mother and I that we have someone we trust and rely on when we need some help getting something done! He doesn't cut corners either, he is honest and will tell you if something we want will work or not! I am so thankful the day I found him on Facebook! We couldn't be more happy than to have found an honest and most importantly a reliable person to call our own personal handy man! Give him a call today, you won't regret it!
I couldn't be more pleased with the work of Villanueva LLC! I had been burned by a previous contractor that let me down midway through a project, and I'm lucky to have selected Villanueva to finish the job. Jev did a great job of collaborating with us as we worked together to find the best solutions for our project, which involved a bathroom remodel included plumbing, electrical, drywall, flooring, and painting. (And in my older house, it wasn't the easiest.) The team set realistic expectations throughout and hit deadlines. They were on time at the beginning of each day, and they cleaned up any mess at the end of each day. Everyone was respectful to me, my wife, and our cats. We're thrilled with the results from the attention to detail from Jev and team, including Phil and Larry! Next time I need something done, I won't have to go through the vetting process with a stranger again because I know I can count on Villanueva.

To say I highly recommend Villaneuva is an understatement. I am accustomed to working with contractors on home remodels and my experience with Villaneuva was amazing. Out of all our years of remodeling homes there have only been two contractors I felt so completely comfortable recommending and Villaneuva is one of those two. The owner and his workers were fair, kind, respectful, flexible and helped me make my dream kitchen a reality! They exceeded my expectations! I have absolutely no concerns about recommending this company.

I was referred to Villanueva LLC after the initial contractor I had hired, bailed on the job. My wife and I are very particular, and we were pleased when ‘Jev’ took the time to listen to our requests and concerns. Unlike the previous contractor, Jev’s plan of action was more logical, and led to beautiful results. Jev and his crew were consummate professionals. They were timely, polite, and hardworking. They moved the required furniture without blinking an eye, and did a very through clean-up upon completion. Between the two days the crew was installing vinyl laminate flooring in our whole house, my wife and I discovered a few small issues with the floor. When the crew arrived the next day we shared our concerns. Jev and his crew listened to our concerns, and willing agreed to make the necessary changes. They provided excellent customer service! We have already planned to have them complete future remodeling projects for us. I have no reservations in giving them my full recommendation.

I cannot say enough good things about Villanueva! I had another contractor completely botch a window and door job. He quoted a reasonable price and the job was done quickly and looks FANTASTIC! I highly recommend and already have another project getting quoted.

Jev replaced the sanifloplus system in my downstairs bathroom. He was on time with every visit and did a marvelous job. He was sympathetic to my plumbing woes but did not put any pressure on me to spend more money than I had to. I highly recommend Jev!!! thanks again!

Great experience with this company! In addition to some plumbing repairs, he also did a bigger project fixing another contractor’s work on some vent lines. He communicated well and showed up when he said he would. He is definitely our go to guy now. Thanks again!
Highly recommend, very professional, and extremely reasonable with price. Replaced my subfloor as well as laid new vinyl flooring and installed a new higher ADA toilet. Jevenson did all the floors in my 3 bedrooms and a hallway. He was reliable and did a great job! Before the floors, there was nasty carpet. My house looks soo much nicer now! After the job, he cleaned up and left everything very nice and tidy. I definitely recommend this guy.
