This review should have been left a looong time ago but I could not reccomend Jevenson enough! We purchased a home a little over 2 years ago and from the get go Jev has been our right hand man! He does it all from painting, to drywall, to plumbing, electrical, flooring to installing an entire kitchen for us downstairs! We rent out half of the home and if we have a last minute problem that arises before guest's are coming, we call him and he always comes and fixes it quickly and efficiently! I was referred to Villanueva LLC after the initial contractor I had hired, bailed on the job. My wife and I are very particular, and we were pleased when ‘Jev’ took the time to listen to our requests and concerns. Unlike the previous contractor, Jev’s plan of action was more logical, and led to beautiful results. Jev and his crew were consummate professionals. They were timely, polite, and hardworking. They moved the required furniture without blinking an eye, and did a very through clean-up upon completion. Between the two days the crew was installing vinyl laminate flooring in our whole house, my wife and I discovered a few small issues with the floor. When the crew arrived the next day we shared our concerns. Jev and his crew listened to our concerns, and willing agreed to make the necessary changes. They provided excellent customer service!
