I couldn't be more pleased with the work of Villanueva LLC! I had been burned by a previous contractor that let me down midway through a project, and I'm lucky to have selected Villanueva to finish the job. Jev did a great job of collaborating with us as we worked together to find the best solutions for our project, which involved a bathroom remodel included plumbing, electrical, drywall, flooring, and painting. (And in my older house, it wasn't the easiest.) The team set realistic expectations throughout and hit deadlines. They were on time at the beginning of each day, and they cleaned up any mess at the end of each day. Everyone was respectful to me, my wife, and our cats. We're thrilled with the results from the attention to detail from Jev and team, including Phil and Larry! This review should have been left a looong time ago but I could not reccomend Jevenson enough! We purchased a home a little over 2 years ago and from the get go Jev has been our right hand man! He does it all from painting, to drywall, to plumbing, electrical, flooring to installing an entire kitchen for us downstairs! We rent out half of the home and if we have a last minute problem that arises before guest's are coming, we call him and he always comes and fixes it quickly and efficiently! It is such a comfort to my mother and I that we have someone we trust and rely on when we need some help getting something done! He doesn't cut corners either, he is honest and will tell you if something we want will work or not! I am so thankful the day I found him on Facebook! Always excellent communication and provides proper timeline of his arrival and work duration. We’ve needed his services with little notice twice now and he’s managed to complete each job immediately and very professionally. He maintains a steady flow of work by being available and willing to service everything we’ve asked that aligns with his craft! I was referred to Villanueva LLC after the initial contractor I had hired, bailed on the job. My wife and I are very particular, and we were pleased when ‘Jev’ took the time to listen to our requests and concerns. Unlike the previous contractor, Jev’s plan of action was more logical, and led to beautiful results. Jev and his crew were consummate professionals. They were timely, polite, and hardworking. They moved the required furniture without blinking an eye, and did a very through clean-up upon completion. Between the two days the crew was installing vinyl laminate flooring in our whole house, my wife and I discovered a few small issues with the floor. When the crew arrived the next day we shared our concerns. Jev and his crew listened to our concerns, and willing agreed to make the necessary changes. They provided excellent customer service!
